Below is what I have observed during my trip in Kinmen

Kinmen Government

• Place a high value on quality education

            ○ Before they turn 18, the education expenses of Kinmen residents are fully covered by the Kinmen government.

            ○ If they want to go to college, the government will provide them with academic subsidies.

            ○ If your ancestors are from Kinmen and you wish to receive an education in Kinmen, they will do their best to provide scholarships or financial aid. 

• They also provide many benefits for the people.

            ○ Free public transportation 

• Encourage tourists and descendants of Kinmen to visit and further understand the history of Kinmen.

            ○ Strive to create high-quality promotional materials to attract tourists

            ○ Welcome the descendants of Kinmen to return and trace their roots 

The people of Kinmen are very hospitable.

• Preparing a sumptuous meal, you can feel their love in their cooking.
• Very happy to assist tourists 

The residents of Kinmen take pride in their rich cultural heritage.

• Multiple museums and cultural heritage
• But the younger generation mostly resides in Taiwan or mainland China to seek better job prospects.

金门政府

• 高度重视良好的教育

○ 如果你的祖先来自金门，而你希望在金门接受教育，他们会尽力提供助学金或奖学金

• 鼓励游客和金门后裔参观并进一步了解金门的历史

○ 努力制作优质宣传品吸引游客

○ 欢迎金门后裔归来寻根

 金门人非常好客

• 准备丰盛的饭菜, 可以从他们的烹饪中感受到他们的爱
• 很高兴向游客提供帮助

 金门居民对自己丰富的文化遗产感到自豪

• 多个博物馆和文化遗产
• 但年轻一代大多居住在台湾或中国大陆，以获得更好的工作前景
